Winner - Heritage Awards: Built Conservation

Our constructed project, Old Menangle School Site, received a Highly Commended Award for Built Conservation at the 2025 NSW National Trust Heritage Awards. We could not be prouder of the quality finishes of this project and our outstanding teams’ effort!

The revitalisation of the Old Menangle School Site in 2023, with a mix of historical restoration of the heritage schoolhouse originally built in 1871 and modern amenities, has now become a vibrant, state-of-the-art community facility for the Wollondilly area. Set in a beautiful natural landscape, the site features nature-inspired playspaces, multi-purpose sports court, community garden, outdoor kitchen & BBQ shelters, modern amenities and carpark with lush softscaping throughout.

Proudly built on behalf of Wollondilly Shire Council, this project was a collaborative effort alongside Civille, G3 Architecture and Sue Rosen Associates.

We’re honoured to have been part of bringing new life to this piece of local history and grateful for its recognition by the National Trust.
