Leading Hands - Landscape Construction
Full Time
With a strong focus on quality, technical, and high-end leading projects, Growth Civil Landscapes provides opportunities for development and training (internally and externally) for our team members to escalate their skill sets, with career progression strongly encouraged for proven team members and salary packages to suit experience.

Growth Civil Landscapes is a multi-award-winning landscape construction and associated minor civil works company. Works encompass varied landscape construction sites, primarily for government, councils and commercial sectors, spanning across open parklands, forecourts, streetscapes, playgrounds, bioretention basins, water play projects, plazas, etc. Specialty equipment suitable for any project of any scale, primarily across the greater Sydney region.
To be eligible for this role, you require:
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
- General Construction Industry White Card
- Proven landscape construction experience
- Experience in supervising others and running small jobs
- Working With Children Check
- Accuracy, excellent attention to detail, and pride in your work
- Reliable, dedicated, with a can-do attitude and approach
- A team player, proactive, hardworking
- Current and valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
- Advantageous: ability to operate machinery (bobcat, excavator, forklift, etc) and hold a valid truck licence (however not essential)

Truck Driver/Operator/Labourer (Part or Full Time Opportunity)
Full & Part Time
Multifaceted role including truck driving, operating forklifts, equipment/vehicle maintenance and labouring (if full time). HR manual license essential. This role provides diversity and extreme flexibility!
- Carting materials/machinery from Head Office Yard to job sites, between sites and return
- Ability to operate forklifts to load and unload trucks an advantage (not essential)
- Ability to load excavators/skid steers onto trucks highly desirable
- Keeping trucks/machines/utes clean and in full working order
- Upkeep and maintenance of tools and equipment. Flexible, depending on hours worked
- Flexible attitude to “jump on the tools” and assist site teams when driving/operating not required (full time position only)
Start and finish daily at Kirrawee.
