Winner - Award: Diversity & Inclusion

We are very proud to announce that St Ives Village Green Recreation Precinct has won a Highly Commended Award for Diversity and Inclusion at the recent NSW & ACT Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA) Awards. The award was in recognition of Ku-ring-gai Council’s multi-disciplinary team approach which successfully addressed accessibility, inclusion, equity, diversity and behaviour.

This project, which we proudly constructed for Ku-ring-gai Council in 2022, incorporates a state-of-the-art skate park, inclusive playground, BBQ facilities, accessible path network and complementary works to the adjacent Community Centre. This Highly Commended Diversity and Inclusion Award follows on from the Silver Award we won for Commercial and Civil Construction $3m + at the 2023 Landscape Excellence Awards!

The Recreation Precinct has been overwhelmingly embraced and become a focal point for local families and the surrounding Sydney community since completion.
