Fun on the river’s edge has arrived at Lambeth Reserve, Picnic Point!

Set along the scenic banks of the Georges River, Lambeth Reserve has been transformed into a vibrant recreational destination for everyone to enjoy. Highlights of the upgrade include an expanded play space with ship-themed equipment, a new outdoor fitness area, improved amenities such as shade and seating, a children’s bike path and accessible pathways – offering something fun for visitors of all ages and abilities.

Delivered for City of Canterbury Bankstown Council, the project included demolition, earthworks, concrete pathways, new steel fencing, retaining walls, ramps and stairs, alongside tree planting and extensive soft landscaping. New play equipment, rubber softfall, shade sails and seating complete this picturesque riverside destination.

This wonderful playspace is sure to become a favourite local spot for play, relaxation and fitness!
